We have our own listings plus we work with other properties for sale by other agents where we represent you as a buyers agent. The list is unpdated  weekly where new and interesting  listings are added and sold listings are removed .
2. After you get an idea of the properties that interest you you may want to drop by the office in Richmond at Suite 201- 6151 Westminster where you can meet with John to discuss the listing and area that interests you. Here we also have terrific video and print material for your review. Naturally you are under no obligations to purchase while you "kick the tires". [However many purchasers elect to tie up the property and negotiate a price point by submitting an offer conditional on viewing at a latter time. This occurs especially in the winter season when buyers want to inspect the properties in the Spring]
3. Touring the Cariboo is simple and works in your choice of two methods .You can drive up to meet John or a a local agent to tour the properties. Or to save time we can fly you up in our private twin engine aircraft. This allows an aerial inspection and a birds eye view of the region but certain conditions apply and naturally you must be prequalified.
