John Lovelace has family roots in Canada that date all the way back to the cod fishing outpost of Newfoundland in 1806. In 1970, John began his career in the real estate and construction business when he went to work for one of Canada's largest single family and multiple home developers in Canada. Today, John is a leading dual licensed realtor and mortgage broker operating in the Vancouver Lower Mainland and he also specializes in the sale and financing of waterfront properties in Vancouver and everywhere in BC.

For the past 16 years John has made BC his home, and has explored every region in the province from the Vancouver lower mainland all the way to to the Atlin at the Yukon border. You may recognize John from his hit television series Wings Over Canada (PBS, CLT, Men TV, APTN) where he explored British Columbia in a plane for over 10 years. Today as pilot and owner of a twin engine aircraft John is able to access and service his clients province wide.

As a winner of several prestigious marketing awards, John is an established innovator and a leader. His marketing initiatives are built around several key pillars which include online marketing, broadcast television promotion, close affiliations with BC realtors and sustaining a large network of qualified buyers and sellers. In 2009 his video presentation of BC real estate opportunities to offshore business interests led to one of the largest single acreage sales in BC. Today John appears on the TV series West Coast Escapes as the Real Estate expert.
